Aleksandr Vasser and Kyle Uchitel offer advice on how to sharpen your memory!

Here are several tips offered by Alex Vasser and Kyle Uchitel on how to keep your memory sharp in addition to taking memory xpander (memoryxpander) daily!

1.) Challenge your brain - keep your mind challenged and active daily.

2.) Do not smoke - smoking decreases your blood flow to the brain and causes massive damage.

3.) Exercise consistently - study after study shows that consistent daily exercise decreases the risk of dementia and Alzheimer's by about half. Try doing 30-45 minutes daily.

4.) Keep an eye out on blood pressure and your cholesterol - you keep your brain healthy by keeping your heart healthy

6.) Slow down - find ways on how to de-stress your life in various ways!
